With May rapidly approaching, it’s time to start planning for how to make Me Made May work.

I’ve only made it one time through the challenge, but I’m committed this year to making it work.  I’m not between pregnancies this year with nothing to wear, and by now, the majority of my wardrobe is made by me.  I have realized that I tend to not wear my jackets and skirts near as often as my jeans.  Perhaps in an extreme desire to be comfortable and have wear easy, kid-friendly clothes, I tend to let my more tailored pieces sit in the closet.  So, here goes:

I, Elizabeth of elizabethmadethis.com, sign up as a participant of Me Made May ’15. I endeavour to wear as many memade garments as possible each day for the duration of May 2015 and a memade skirt or jacket at least 3x per week during the month of May

I’m going to enjoy incorporating these pieces into my Me Made May outfits:

Linen Fringed Jacket

  1. I love those skirts and jackets! I can’t wait to see your MMM’15 posts. 🙂 I am always interested in how people wear handmade garments and how people mix and match after the blog posts. 🙂

MMM is definitely like a crucible where everyone’s garments get tested for real world wearability!

A worthy goal indeed! I hope it goes well for you!
